I am committed to:
- Lead a team of trainers, writers and/or change management consultants
- Manage training, technical communication and change management processes on IT projects
- Improve the implementation and usage of new IT tools and their related processes
- Convey technical information to non technical audience by supervising training and marketing deliverables, running training and awareness sessions, capitalizing end-users' feedback
- Report to Project Management team the Key Project Indicators about communication, training and change management
- Strengthen the Change Management team in order to perfom the services and deliver the materials in time and in budget, according to the cross-cultural communication challenges
